The Newsletter Project:

The Cone Team newsletter was published on a quarterly basis. The content included stories regarding the current market, agent news, homes on the market, a home maintenance Q&A section, recipes, special offers and events for clients, and extra features as they came along.

The Cone Team's business is based on making people feel comfortable and "at home" with them. To ensure the newsletter cultivated that feeling, I included contests, ask the expert sections, and solicited recipe submissions.

Project included design, article research, writing, editing, digital printing, and mailing service. The best part- informing people that they had won a prize and gaining a chocolate torte recipe to die for!
