Direct Mailing Project:

PowerEnroll.com is an Overland Park, KS, based firm that offers employers a viable way to provide their employees with health insurance from the largest health care providers in the country. PowerEnroll.com wanted companies to offer their Web-based insurance enrollment service to their employees- saving the company and the employees an incredible amount of money.

I knew this mailer was screaming for variable digital printing. Using data from the mailing list, we were able to personalize each piece to each recipient. The recipient's name and company was used several times throughout the content. Puzzles branded with the PowerEnroll logo was placed on the insert's white graphic, then inserted inside the center fold of the mailer. Once secured in a clear envelope, the mailer was sent to thousands of KS and MO companies. Project included graphic design, variable data digital printing, mail prep, and mailing. Client reported much higher than expected response rates.
